Plug valve
Overview:
The plug valve is a valve that uses the plug body with a hole as the opening and closing part and realizes the opening and closing action by the rotation of the plug body and the valve stem.Plug valve structure is simple, can open and close quickly, with small fluid resistance. In recent years as the history of the earliest used by people one of the valves, not only has not been replaced by the ball valve and other new valves, but the market shows an increasingly hot trend.

1.Standard Design
Pioneer Lined Plug Valves are design in accordance with face to face dimension of GB/T12240,API 599 and API 6D.
2. Two basic types of plug valves:X43 and x43F46
a. X43F4: Seal pair consisting of a specially designed seat bushing (PTFE or opposition-poly) and a steel plug body;The plug body is stainless steel (not lined).
b.X43F46: All body and plug body channels are lined with FEP.The inner lining of PFA/PCTFE and PPL can be up to 300 degrees.
X43F&X43F46 self-lubricated plug valve with unique rocker arm adjustment device and ideal cock cone design ,with the advantages of simultaneous sealing at the inlet and outlet ends, flexible operation of the plug body without lubrication forever.
5. With Adequate seal specific pressure, seal pair without any leakage
