Float Shoe, Float Collar & Cementing Plug
Float shoe: when landing the casing, the drill fluid has no resistance to float shoes. The pressure of circulating mud make the valve head down a displacement, the disc of valve rod's end will fall off automatically; after stop pumping,the valve press the valve seat upwards under the action of spring, the float valve becomes one-way valve. So that can pump the drilling fluid and cement slurry into it from up to down, but the fluid in the casing or outside casing annulus can't be return to prevent from back flow.
Float Collar: the using method is the same as float shoes except the lower end is pin. It is connected with casing. The usage of float collar is to make the casing landing easily by reducing the loading. When landing the casing, make sure to prevent from the drill fluid flow into the casing. After cementing, the float collar can prevent the cement slurry returning to the casing.
Cementing Plug: when the drilling fluid make the bottom plug move into the end, raised plum flower petal of the bottom plugk lower end engaging with the hollow plum flower petal of float collars upper end. At the same time, the pressure rise, when reach the definite pressure, the burst disk in the bottom plug crush, the passageway open, and the pump pressure descent, at this time can cementing. After cementing, pumping into the top plug to clean cement slurry on the inner wall, the raised plum flower petal of the top plug engaging with the hollow plum flower petal of the bottom plug.

Stab-in Float Collar & Float Shoe
Stab-in float shoe and float collar have the features of high-temperature, good sealed, drillability and connecting easily. It is used in general technical casing and oil-string casing, also used in deep well, extradeep well and special technology well.
Stab-in float shoe belongs to inner string cementing range, it insists of shell, cement, selfmotion grout valve, stab-in sub, O ring and stab-pipe carrier. Its structure and operating principle are same to casing float shoes, its feature;cementing in big diameter casing, through drill pipe insets into the stab-in pipe carrier of stab-in shoe to achieve well cementing, this method can reduce wasting cement and avoid in using big diameter plugs in general cementing well, in order to achieve goal of economic and efficient

Floatation Collar
Floatation collar is used for completion in extended reach well. It seals the light weight liquid and gas in casings by the sealing device to reduce the casing string weight in drilling fluid, so that the friction between casings and well bore can be reduced effectively. It can solve the difficult problems in completion of extended reach well. Its advantage are simple and practical structure, low cost in completion operation, reduce the friction to running the casings to the point. It widely used in completion operation of extended reach well. It can work with our float collar, float shoe and cementing plugs, and successfully used in North Sea Oilfield.

Casing Scraper
Casing scraper is mainly used in cleaning cement, sand, residual bullets, rag, and other objects on the casing inner surface. JY Casing Scraper
JY casing scraper is one of auxiliary tools in well completion, testing and downhole working, It is mainly used for cleaning cement, sand, residual bullets, rag, and otherobjects on casing inner surface, in order to keep casing inner surface cleaning and the drilling tools working normally. JY casing scraper can't be used in drilling operation.
It is one kind of new type casing scraper, not only as general fixed casing scraper, but also used as a rotating type structure casing scraper. If as a fixed casing scraper, as long as increase adjustable pad locates in upper sub to make it non-rotating, otherwise decrease adjustable pad. It will be used as a rotating casing scraper.

DMS Casing Anchor
DMS casing anchor can anchor the casing bottom and infomation togther in well bore. It can give the prestressing force to casings in well cementing operation after install this device. This prestressing force can be kept after the solidification of cement, so that it can avoid or reduce the damage of casing in high temperature drilling. It is the necessary downhole tool to lift the casing prestressing force in high temperature well. It used more reliably in loose expanding formation, deep shrinkage hole and irregular hard hole.
Structure
Our casing anchor has two stages structure. It mainly consists of main body, double check valve assembly, center pipe and pipe connecting group, first stage anchoring hand, second anchoring hand and guide shoe.
