Model HP Packer

Model HP packer is designed for zonal isolation in extreme high pressure, high temperature environments with maximum ratings of 10,000psi at 350^oF (no axial loads). The packer is hydraulic-set and could be retrieved by retrieving tools.

Two sets of wedge shaped slips were installed above and below the elements, the featured slips enable a more balanced gripping force distribution with less risks of causing casing distortion. The element consists of 3 pieces of high temperature elastomers, brass retainers are installed at both ends to ensure full expansion of elastomers under high temperatures.

The HP packer could be used for fracturing/acidizing, production or other zonal isolation purposes where extra pressure bearing is required, and higher temperature is present.
