Tetris space building is the combination of a range of modules. Each moudule is product from the prodcution lne by adopting either the light gauge steel or the shipping container structural  system, along with diffferent types of renovative environmental-friendly materials. This product can be stand-alone or combined vertically and horiztontally to create the modular complex buildings.
Modular building referes to a construction process where most of the work which is usually carried out at site takes place in a factory. The building is divided into transportatable volumes which are constructed in our state of the art assembly workshops. The resulting modules are fully finished, including decoration ,tilling, MEP and even furniture and fittings. The completed modules are shipped to site where they are erected by crane to complete the building.
Tetris space is comprehesively used in residential, industry, commercial and public servcie area as the hotels, apartments, offices, supermarkets, educational facilities, goverment settlement housing, tourist spots, mililtary camp and etc.
Main Features:
Highly prefabricated, short construction period-Tetris space is one of the most prefabricated products in the modular field. After fully dcumented and produced i nthe factory, transferred to construction site to be assembled mechanizedly. The production cycle is much less than the traditional type of buildings, and every step is pre-scheduled and foreseeable.
Line production, low cost-each module comes from the production line, thus the quality is strickly controlled and the production efficiency is very high, so the manufacturing cost is reduced to minimum.
Fuctional usage, suitable for all-each module can be designed and made as office, accommodation, lounge, bathroom, kitchen, dining,gym, recreation, clinic, laundry, storage and other different spaces based on clients' inquries. 
HIgh stability, durable life time-The structural systems have been tested by many authorities to ensure the stability and safety of the buildings. They have long service life time and high seismic resistance, crushing resistance, sound insulation performance, themal performace, fire resistance, water resistance and windproof performance. Accoridng to the different regulations and needs of diffent areas or inquiries, this product can be made as permanent or semi-permanent buildings.
Various combinations, great livability-by use different ways of combining modules and materials to creat different types of architecctural space and facade appearance. The maximum sizes of single module our factory can produce is 16154mm long, 4600mm wide and 3300mm high, which has convred up most size of required demands in the world, and gives the designers more flexibility. 
Integral module, easy for transporting and assembling-Each module is an integrality, which is easy for transporting by road, railway or ship freights. Compare wiht other prefab buildings, it has less package cost and time.
