The PS double layer pre-packed screen series aim to provide a more reliable sand control method than conventional gravel packing and save rig time, various types of products could be selected, including double wire-wrap layer, double slotted liner, double metal mesh layer pre-packed screens. They have different features and are suitable for different application scenarios.

Double Slotted Liner Pre-packed Screen
- Simple structure, high tensile strength
- Available for thicker proppant packes for longer working life
- The surface is treated with pulsed vacuum nitriding technic, resistant to corrosion from high-salinity brine, carbon dioxide, organic acid, H2s etc.
Double Metal-mesh layer pre-packed Screen
- Solid sand control effect with metal mesh-bridge type shroud comibnation.
- Packed with sofe proppant media that remains effctive under deformation in high-inclination and horizontal wells.
- Various proppant mesh size available for different formation.
