INTRODUCTION
The EHS packer is the high-performance single string retrievable hydraulic set, shear release packers. The EHS offers features that provide maximum pre-set prevention while running, improved sealing and retrieving reliability, and metallurgy and elastomer selections fit for the well environment. The simple and reliable design is compliant. The selective setting mechanism prevents the packer from premature setting when high tubing to annulus pressure differentials are encountered or when tubing pressure tests are performed.
The EHS packer also used as feedthrough packer. This packer has been supplied with several off 1/4-in. control line feedthroughs. Various configurations can be supplied to suit customer operational requirements.
