DC ELECTRIC DRIVE DRILLING RIG, 2000m-9000m

On February 24th, 2008, China' s first circle-rail mobile artificial island drilling rig with the drilling depth of 7000 meters, independently developed by BOMCO, started drilling at #1 artificial island Jidong Nanbu Oilfield of north China.
On March 2013, China's first drilling rig with the drilling depth of 9,000 meters (ZJ90/6750) was independently developed by BOMCO.

TECHNICAL FEATURES
 

• Advanced AC-SCR-DC technology;
• Parallelogram substructures to be integrally raised by drawworks;
• Main brake of drawworks is hydraulic disc brake or band brake and the auxiliary brake is electro-magnetic eddy-current brake or Eaton brake;
• Rotary table is driven by compound drive or independent motor drive;

TECHNICAL FEATURES

COMBINED DRIVE DRILLING RIG, 3000m-7000m
For combined drive drilling rigs, rotary table is driven by electric motor, while drawworks and mud pump are driven by diesel engines, which reduces the cost and long-distance transmission of electric drive drilling rigs, and eliminates the slope rotary table drive of mechanical rig.
Main models: ZJ30LDB, ZJ40LJDB, ZJ50LJDB, ZJ70LDB, etc.
TECHNICAL FEATURES

• Rig floor is in two levels. Power and transmission system are installed on the rear low level;
• The main brake is hydraulic disc brake and auxiliary brake is electric magnetic eddy current brake. The drawworks is equipped with inner speed regulator where the shift is easily adjusted by remote pneumatic control;
• Box-type or the substructure with swing-lift floor on the front side and the block-type floor on the rear side are available;
• Applicable for cluster well drilling operation;
• PLC is adopted to enable logic control, monitoring and protection of the whole drilling operation, as well as data storage, printing and long-distance transmission.
• The drawworks and mud pumps are driven by "diesel engine + torque converter or coupling transmission + chain compound" while rotary table is driven by AC VFD motor or DC motor to achieve stepless speed control and break the torque limit for better drilling performance;

TECHNICAL FEATURES

• Mast effective height , 57.5m, is enough for drilling with quadruple stand;
• The front side of substructure is high and back side is low. The drawworks is fixed at low position on the back side and the drill floor is flat with larger operation area;
• The high speed and high power AC VFD motor of drawworks is specially designed and produced according to the special requirements of drilling operation. The main motor frequency converter is of one-to-two control mode which improves the dynamic response of motors;
• The 3000HP dual-shift VFD drive drawworks makes the rig operation more economic and the module design is easy for installation and transportation;The drawworks employs the modular design, meeting the large power drawworks installation and transportation requirements;
• Rotary table has one or two shifts with independent gear drive;

TRAILER MOUNTED DESERT DRILLING RIG
 

The trailer mounted desert rig is adaptable to oil and gas drilling operation with the environmental temperature range of 0~55 °C and humidity 100%. It is the leading product of the industry at the international level.
The rig can be moved to a new well location within 10km in 48 hours.
TECHNICAL FEATURES

• It is the first drilling rig in China equipped with a full-area fire-fighting system.
• It is equipped with the first mud pump in China designed with P-quick system.
• The driller' s cabin is equipped with purging air system, which prevents H2S and other hazardous gas entering the driller' s cabin so as to protect the driller.
• When the rig is in a short-distance moving, the rig can be overall moved with mast and substructure upright. The dolly can be rotated by 90 degrees which enables the longitudinal and lateral movement of the rig.

TRAILER MOUNTED DRILLING RIG, 4000m-7000m
Such rig models as ZJ40/2250DT, ZJ50/3150DBT/DT and ZJ70DBT are trailer-mounted drilling rigs for the drilling depth of 4,000 to 7,000 meters recently developed by BOMCO.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

• The substructure is of modular structure or parallelogram structure to be raised by drawworks or hydraulic cylinder;
• The mast is of telescoping or K-typed where top drive is applicable;
• Power package can be moved by dollies integrally or separately;
• The mainframe can be moved integrally or separately, and the mast can be moved as a whole by wheels;
• Compared to the conventional rigs, the highly-modularized design of this rig reduces the vehicles for rig move by 1/3 ;
•  Advanced AC-SCR-DC or AC-DC-AC electric drive technology is adopted;
• Rig assembly is much easier;
• It only takes 1/4 of the time for conventional rig move.
