Hydraulic Single Drum E-line Unit

 

This E-line unit could be mounted on ,Dong Feng or Izu chassis as logging truck.

It is suitable for Φ3.2,Φ3.5 stainless steel cable or Φ5.6 braided line jobs.

 

It comprises driving system, hydraulic system, winch assembly and control panel.

The hydraulic system consists of imported proportional reversing valve, low-speed torque hydraulic motor,hydraulic oil tank,oilfilter,high pressure pump and high pressure hose.

Logging work is done on the control panel. Hydraulic motor drives cluth to make drum rotate.

There is a manual traverse assembly controlling the drum direction, while speed is controlled by handle angle and engine throttle.

 

The winch can run at low or high speed, with wide speed range.
