Product Description

The Fracturing Instrument Control Van is applicable fro inland oilfield well acidizing, sand control and fracturing services. It has two control modes: auto control mode and the manual control mode. The van may be used to monitor and control the whole service processes. During a job, the van can be used to achieve the centralized control over multiple pumping units, blenders, liquid additives conveying equipments and fracturing fluid mixing truck.It can implement the real-time acquisition, displays, records, job data processes, storage, and print out job data report and service curves.
The van consists of the following components: the chassis, the main cabin, vibration absorber system, power system, communication system, air conditioning system, computer data acquisition system, fracturing equipment control system and website monitoring system.
The entire configuration, carborne performance, load distribution and non-grade highway property of equipment are accordance with national standard.
