Product Description

DSL110 power swivel is designed with its central pipe rotating under driving force of hydraulic variable motor through gear reduction system, is featured by compact structure and designed weight of 910 kg, making it applicable to drilling.
DSL110 power swivel can provide smooth and shock-free torque, have the maximum static load of 1100kN at zero speed, and be capable of bearing 600kN dynamic load at revolving speed of 100rpm.
DSL110 power swivel facilitates drilling with longer drill pipes, eliminating the use of dangerous spinning chains, tongs and kelly spinners. Stops and startups are thereby reduced, improving rig efficiency and reducing wear on the pump, drawworks and other rig equipment.
DSL110 power swivel is configured with closed circuit hydraulic system, of which remote hydraulic control operating device is equipped with hydraulic control proportional handle in order to adjust the flow and direction of hydraulic oil. This Product's central pipe can realize stepless speed change of revolving speed.
DSL110 power swivel also covers the functions as common swivels. While central pipe enters revolving or static state, drilling fluid will enter the drilling rod through gooseneck, wash pipe and central pipe for circulating.
DSL110 power swivel is composed of two parts, i.e. YSL110 hydraulic swivel and DKYC320/34.5Y hydraulic power control device, all of which are mounted on the entire skid body to bring a firm and light structure.
DSL110 power swivel is featured as follows:

1. Provide smooth and shock-free torque and reduce damage of drill string;
2. Can fit into most well drilling and work-over masts;
3. Allow use of longer drill string;
4. Perfect substitution of traditional rotary swivel;
5. Wholly mounted on skid body for easy transport.

This Product is applicable to:
1)    Fishing and workover operations: such as internal/external cutting of casing, tubing or drill pipe; drilling out plugs, packers or cement; milling operations; or scraping casing-whenever shock-free, controlled torque is essential to eliminating the potential danger of twist-offs or damage to cutting tools.
2)    Drilling operations: with compact and light-weight structure, this Product can be used in light to medium drilling applications, including water wells, pilings for piers and foundations, in addition to oil and gas well.
3)    Coring operations: this Product can also be used for coring operations. Accurate and smooth torque ensures against core tools or strings. This Product can take any length of core.
