HORIZONTAL DIRECTION DRILLING RIG

Drilling Modes                         

This drilling system carry out 2 auxiliary drilling modes to meet different ground conditions.

1. Discharge soil by compressed air while equipped with pneumatic hammer.
2. Discharge soil by mud while equipped with mud system   

STRUCTURE                         

The machine comprises of rig and power pack.
The rig consists of all working units such as traveling tracks, boom, stabilizers, clamps, rotary head. The actions of all working units are controlled by levers and buttons on control console.
The power pack apply power for rig. It consists of diesel engine, hydraulic motors, hydraulic oil tank, fuel tank, cooler, electric system.
The power pack connects with rig via hydraulic pipes and control cables. When moving together, connect them via tow bar.
