SURFACE DRIVE PROGRESSIVE CAVITY PUMPS
The surface drive progressive cavity pump consists of a surface drive and a downhole progressive cavity pump(PCP). The surface drive transmits power to downhole PCP through the rotating motion of the sucker rod. PCP is a positive displacement pump.The rotor rotates within the stator,thus series of cavities are formed and progress gradually from the suction end to the discharge end. The formation fluids are then forced continuously from downhole to surface.
The unit features apparent energy saving,long pump inspection periodand wide range of well applications. It is suitable for high viscous, sand cut and live well production,with displacement rangingfrom 1 to 400m2/d and maximum landing depth of 2000m.
ELECTRIC SUBMERSIBLE PROGRESSIVE CAVITY PUMPS
The electric submersible progressive cavity pump (ESPCP) embodies a new breakthrough in artificial lift industry in recent years. It combines flexibility of PCP with reliability of ESP and is applicable for broader range of mediums. Extraordinary energy saving and no rod-tubing wear make it ideal for deviated and horizontal well applications, or for use with tubing of small dia. The ESPCP always shows reliable operation and minimized maintenance indeviated wells, heavy oil wells, high sand cut wells or live wells with high gas content
ESPCP production system consists of three sections like a downhole pump, a surface unit and a power transmission system. The downhole pump is mainly composed of a PCP, a flex shaft, a reducer protector and a motor. The surface unit includes a switch board c/w junction box and a wellhead. Power will be transmitted through wirelines c/w fasteners to downhole motor.
SURFACE MULTIPHASE PROGRESSIVE CAVITY PUMPS
The surface multiphase PCP is a positive displacement pump mainlycomposed of a rotor and a stator. The rotor adopts multi-lobe involute design to offer wide range of rotating speed with minimum pressure puIsation, stable rotation and high suction capacity. The pump is simple in structure,easy for maintenance,reliable in operation and with longer woorking life. Now 5 pump series in 40 odds models are available for customers, and meanwhile customized pumps can be designed uponoperation conditions and technical requirements supplied by users.
Through years of development, Highland surface multiphase PCP series show advantages in domestic oll and gas transmission applications, and serve as substitutes for Profile Control Pumps and Polymer-injecting Pumps in some oilfields.
