TJX  SERIES MANDREL BUCKING UNITS

 

Mandrel bucking unit is applicable for steel pipe manufacturer to screw on or screw out working part, extended part and end part, which forms the mandrel. The mandrel makeup machine features four or six butterfly-type cams self aligning and gripping system. It can ensure lest damage on the pipe surface under large torque. The advanced torque manage & control system can automatically measure, show, record and control the torque and rounds during screwing, and provide best makeup torque for mandrel coupling.

TJA series of casing and tubing coupling bucking units are widely applicable for casing and tubing manufacturing, and oil field service. HYDRAULIC POWER TONG
XQ series of hydraulic power tongs have inner cam roll­ing-up clamping mechanism, with a hydraulic backup tong. It is an ideal tool for makeup or breakout of various of tubings, and small sizes of casings and drill pipes in workover opera­tion. The tong with extra long rod is available for backup tong to grip tubing body. The power tong also can be equipped with automatic torque control system.
